Hi! My name is Erica (she/her). As a licensed naturopathic doctor, I take a patient-centred and evidence-based approach to mental health support. All are welcome. 🏳️‍🌈

Concerns I work with: anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, OCD, eating disorders and stress management, as well as digestive health issues such as constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, IBS, IBD and SIBO. Much of the time, there are other concerns present that we work through such as difficulty with body image, weight gain/loss, menstrual cycle concerns such as PCOS, headaches, etc. Let’s chat about what naturopathic medicine could offer you, and whether we’re a good fit! :)

I have additional experience working with people through eating disorder recovery. Whether you’re struggling with anorexia, binge eating, bulimia, ARFID, or if you think you have disordered eating habits but aren’t diagnosed - I aim to create a nonjudgmental space for you to share your concerns, discuss what steps we can take to minimize behaviours, and help you trust yourself around food again. Everyone is unique, and naturopathic medicine can be an excellent compliment to psychotherapy or pharmaceutical treatments.

I look forward to meeting you!

Dr. Erica Rizzolo, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She is also a member of the Psychiatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians (PsychANP).
